  Ordered the "Nacho" Plate for $8.95 and got beans and rice (the rice must have been sitting on a steam table for hours) and a flat tasteless enchilada with cheese and ground beef. When I asked the waitress about my plate--she told me, "that's the nacho plate." and walked off. I ordered chips and queso--they were out of queso. What Mexican restaurant runs out of queso? I finally got a chance to speak to the owner/manager--she told me they don't buy anything or make extra the day before their day they close. I asked her if business was good. She said, "oh yeah--always busy." I told her she needed to have her menu items in stock. She was clueless.

  They ran out of coffee, had no hot chocolate and breakfast ends at 10:30. The food was pretty bad, with even the rice burnt. Such a nice place could be a great asset to Ganado. This Mexican food restaurant needs a complete menu makeover.
