  Based on the previous reviews I thought this would be a great place to stop & eat on the way from Port Aransas to Houston. However there were 5 dirty tables & four empty seats at the counter top that were equally as dirty. & it didn't look like either employee was going to clean anything anytime soon. Further down the bar there were guys sitting eating their food with multiple dirty plates that obviously weren't theirs in front of them. The place was run by two 16 year old looking girls and this was at 12:30 pm when it's their most popular time of the day. It was the most disgusting diner I've ever been in. We sat at a table for a minute until two girls got up and left the countertop. We then sat at the counter for about 3 minutes before we decided to leave in disgust without getting a chance to eat.

  Great Cafe not far off I-59 and worth the stop. Excellent service. I had breakfast on my way from Houston to Corpus Christi. They are known for their burgers so the next stop will be for lunch. No time is posted but they open at 8am and closed On Sunday. Come on by and give it a try!
